Several states have no sales tax: Alaska, Delware, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon, Mariana Islands. Many of the other Answers to this question are patently wrong. Check the tables in the first two links below.

It's definitely not Washington. We have one of the highest tax rates.

If you buy a product out-of-state and ship to your house, you don't pay sales tax on it.
