Well, they need to make money somehow, because no one can just lend money and not get anything for it, so I would definately look at the fine print. In this day and age, if it is to good to be true, more than likely it is.

Never fall for those typt of offers. They are most likely scams. They will offer you a credit card with o% intrest then make you pay in full all charges and they dont give you but 300.00 credit. There is always a hiden catch. If you want a credit card go to a well known company like Capitol-One. Credit card companys dont call you. They send you a letter with a application.

Hoo, boy, a phone solicitor offering a credit card?

Tell the phone rep to send you the application and consider the terms on it before deciding to apply. If it's legit (highly doubtful), they'll send you the info, no strings attached.

If the rep insists on signing you up, hang up now.

It may be legit...but they probably have 0% interest for the first six months with timely payments or something like that. Look into it. ALSO....because of identity theft and all, if I were you, I'd request the applicaton in writing by mail or online through a secure website. If you give all your sensitive info to someone online, it's really risky.

Many cards offer this deal, but just beware eventually that 0% rate will expire and return to the regular APR rate.

If you credit score is high enough, they will. But many Companies offer that as a "teasor" than hope that you will accept something less because your Credit Score is not high enough.
