I love them.
I have free on line access to my account. I also have enrolled in the "keep the change" program. It's a program that helps you build your saving account by using your spare change from debit card purchases. I highly recommend it.

I've used Bank of America for about 5 years and overall I'm satisfied with the service.

I do and I hate it. They always get something wrong and never apologize for it. If you say that they misspelled a name on an account they will change it and label it as "name change" never as "name correction." Worst example was when my wife cashed a company check out of state, got $1000 cash, and had them deposit the other $10000 into our account back home. A week later when she was home she looked and the 10K wasn't there. We called and they said yes they remember that transaction and they can see that they accepted the money. However they can't find where they deposited it so they won't credit our account until they find the wrong account in their records and switch the money from there to our account. It took a month of really low balances and bounced checks until they found where they put it and made it OK again.

Checking with them is okay, but I cancelled my BofA VISA after I got my credit report and found out I was getting dinged for "multiple inquiries." Turned out the inquiries were all from BofA, and when I called to ask why they were running a credit check on me every month when I've never missed a payment or bounced a check, they basically said "If you read the agreement it says we can do credit checks whenever we want." I said "Yeah, but why are you doing them on me in particular?" and she replied "Basically we can do them whenever we want." I was appalled and cancelled the card. I'd dump the checking account too only my credit union has a lot fewer ATMs!!!

I have been with them for 33 years. Never had a problem and I love the fact that ATMs, online banking, and online billpay are free. My checking account is free, pays me interest, and I have free check printing.

Yes. They are okay. Lots of ATMs and free checking. Their savings and CD rates suck though.
