I'm single, but I want to buy property. Should I buy now or wait until I meet a woman who wants to buy as well. I don't earn a lot of money at the moment, but I've got enough for a deposit. If I start renting this might get used up. Not sure what to do.

They want to change contract and stop my night allowance which, I believe IS legal, however, they have had a number of employees who have changed from one to two nights, or two to three etc. and they have not had their night allowance stopped. I am the first, is this a good case for victimisation. (I live in England - just in case laws are different in other countries) Thanks for any help.

I'm the youngest in the office
I make the least amount of money.
I havent taken a lunch break in over three weeks, if I even eat at all
I'm doubtful theres a lot of room for advancement. I've been here two years with no promises for where I'll be in the future.
Everyones been here a long time so theres no need for any of them to retire, they get paid to do nothing.
People that do all the work aren't compensated like the ones that do nothing.
I'm in sales with quarterly bonus and have no idea what dictates what my bonus is.
Everyone is extremely sensitive to constructive criticism, but is readily available at all times to give it.
The only way to gain leverage in the company is to quit and come back? believe it or not.
My total profit from my sales in one month is enough to pay my salary for a year.

I hae a college degree and I wanted to get my real estate license I was told to get my broker license instead. But I don't know anything about the real estate industry. Can I get by broker's license instead of my real estate? And can I still work under a broker since I won't know what I am doing right away?

I am so stressed over buying a home I dont know what to do? I have only been doing it for a couple of months but the past few weeks I have been getting nothing but migraines from this off again on again process. The Brokerage company only seems to be dealing with this one bank and they are so lazy with debating my wants and needs. I know that I am nothing but a number and a new pair of shoes for most of these people but there has to be a better way than this. I have given them every piece of information except my DNA and they still dont seem to be satified, I have been trying to close for over a month and they say one thing but draw a contract for another, please help; what should I do???
