of course you can... if it's w/ an ins co. call them directly... they have customer serv. reps. that handle these calls... they will ask you some info and then check to see the status of your claim, they will also be able to tell you why or why not it has been approved... not all ins. co's
are bad. remember they are all regulated by law and have many rules to follow, they have to tell you the status of your claim... hope this helps!!!! only a phone call away!!

Private disability or Social Security?. If it is SS get lawyer. Only chance if the govt. thinks you can do some job like stuffing teddy bears. Takes about two years to get SS. They hope you die first so they do not have to pay anything, as you were never deemed Worthy.

If you don't have an attorney...... the Insurance Company will drag out your claim and not pay you........... Insurance company's are crooks......... I know first hand.... you may have to get an attorney involved............... it's too bad that we have to go to these extremes..... Insurance companies take your money... but don't want to pay out......
