It's a good idea to come early. For starters, if you run into traffic on the way or have trouble finding a place, then you may be late and you probably will not get a job then. I don't know if 15 minutes is a rule per say, but being good shows that you are interested enough in the company that you took the time out of your schedule to come there. Also, being early gives you time to calm down instead of running in right on time and being exhausted when the interview starts. Also, if perhaps the interviewer has time to take you in early, you may actually have a chance to talking longer than you would if you came in right on time and he/she has another interview right after yours. This gives you a better chance to impress them. Always try to be early because how you perfrom at the earliest stage (including an interview) is indicative to how you will perform later. If someone is running late for an interview, how reliable will that person be when they work for the company?

There is not a fixed time when you should be early, although i wont
say you will lose the job but overall it increases your chances because it makes a first good impression. Apart from that being early gives you time to fill up all the forms they may give. Also you can be less stressed by being early. The benefits far outweighs ...

it just shows that you manage your time well and that you are responsible it is not required but try not to be late. because that company will be looking at everything and making notes so you want to do as much as possible to make yourself look excellent.

also do some research on the company like how long they been in business or what type of business that they are in. having some questions to ask about the company or the position is helpful because it shows an interest in the company...good luck!!

I don't think you will lose a position, but it makes a very good first impression. You should never be late unless it is a real emergency and if so you should call and explain.

of course it is. it is even what I would expect.
(after all, the most lousy impression someone could make is he/she being late and having to excuse at that first and most important meeting).
