I want to sell and old Desktop PC on ebay (complete with a big CRT monitor). I don't just want to make it available for pick up, i want to increase the number of bids by offering to have it posted. What company can I use for this and how much would it cost?

I have had this variable term life insurance policy for almost 10 years now and it hasn't kept up with the projections the sales guy told me 10 years ago. This is mainly due to the high fees. About 55% of my yearly contribution is lost in "fees". There would be a surrender charge if I were to withdraw. Should I take the hit or keep putting an annual contribution into this account? I do have life insurance through work should anything happen.

money for a down payment to get a FHA Loan? Is there a way to get the loan if I have absolutly no money saved? If not is it wise to get another loan for the down payment or just wait and save. If I must have money for a down payment, how much would be the minimum?

I hate how I'm supposed to 'look busy' when I have nothing else to do all day, hence the reason I look at Yahoo! Answers several times a day (lol). If you've ever had a job like this, how did you cope? What did you do? And why did you decide to stay with the job??? (I'm staying bc they pay me really really well for the amount of experience I have).

I REALLY want this apartment, and can totally afford it but my credit score is only 612 and my rental history has many late payments over the course of 2 years (thanks to a bum roommate). I have no criminal record and my salary is over 3 times the rent. What are my chances of getting approved and should I say anything about these issue before applying? The unit is not a large commercial building.

Ok i have had this card with them for 3 years and have never complained about the 19.80% interest but now that i have built my credit up to a score of around 750 at 22 years old i do not want a card with a rate that high so i called a month ago to simply cancel the card explaining that the interest rate was way too high for someone who has never been late on a payment. Well she said they would "review" my account and approve me for the 5.9% rate and i would receive something in the mail. Here is is still nothing in the mail i decided to call again. This time they start saying that since my account has a zero balance ( the high interest rate doesnt make me want to use it) they are unable to lower my rate. What should i do Should i keep it and just never use it to show a history with them. I don't know what to do.

I noticed on my check that my employer witheld more taxes then they were supposed to. I then went back and checked all of my paychecks and they did this on all of them. I approached my payroll and they stated this would be refunded to me when I file my taxes next year. Is that true? Do I have to wait that long for their mistake?
