1. Decide how and where you will sell -- e.g. your own online store, your own storefront in Main Street, or ebay
2. Find out how to go about each way of selling and then calculate startup costs, including at least 6 months of extra cash for the business and your own funds
3. Get startup capital
4. Get business registration, sales and use tax, and other permits and licenses
5. Go ahead and start building your site if you will be selling online, or find a space for your retail store
6. Plan your marketing strategies for your launch
9. Prepare your business cards, brochures, etc.

Good luck, Popcorn. Post some more information about your plans and how far you are? Do you have any shirt designs, suppliers, sales, etc. Do a search for Cafe Press, they print up shirts and other items for you, charge you a modest fee and then you sell the products for whatever you can get :) But the nice thing is, Cafe Press doesn't charge you until someone buys something, then they take the cost to you out of the total, process the transaction and give you the 'profit'. It's not bad, a band I was in used to use it a lot. It's a good way to test your market without having 1)Inventory 2)Credit Card Processing.

While good ideas do help a business, having a business plan helps even more. Once again, good luck and I wish you success.
