This company is an overseas parcel distribution company,has their branch accross the gloab and has a vacancy in admin. What should I answer to why do you want to join our company as I don't have any relevant work experience .

You're passionate about parcel distribution. Once an inaccurately distributed parcel had a very detrimental effect on your life, and you want to help protect other people from the same dire fate.

Be honest, tell them WHY you want to work for their company. If you like to travel and that is part of the job, tell them that you feel it would be beneficial to both you and them. They would have a responsible person to work for them who is willing to travel around the world, and you would love the opportunity to see different places in your free time, such as after meeting, dinners or conferences. Let them know how you would be an asset not a liability to their company.

Tell them that you need experience of working in a overseas company. And that you could learn honesty, work culture, etc.

Just tell them what they want to hear. Great comany, bright future, etc. If you don't know how to BS, you'll never make it in the corporate world.
