Start your own!
Learn all you can about the business - as if you were going to start your own - even if you don't end up doing it, you will become a valuable employee and perhaps end up as a boss! - Then you can fire people that aren't contributing.
Also - try some books on management, once you are the boss you are still going to have to deal with these people/problems!!

perhaps you can have a talk with your departments boss (and not just your direct supervisor).
however - never, NEVER, talk bad about the other guys. ask where they see you in a certain timeframe, and talk about where you see yourself.
tell them you want to grow and you can't do that in the current setting/environment. ask them where they see advancement possibilities. give them some time to think, but stick to it.
if they don't move until then or don't see any necessity to change, consider getting a new job.
if you are in sales, it is totally normal that your monthly profit pays your salary for a year; that is the reason you are there - so this is nothing to throw in. however, you can mention how much better you perform and that you have some ideas how you could improve the companies... you get the picture. sell yourself. give them a reason why you should be promoted or given more pay.
do not simply say: I want more money because I do all the work. chances are, they know already.

love it or hate it. If you hate it get a new job because your a crybaby about it to! Or else you wouldnt be whining on here about it! Everyone starts somewhere- and the bottom people usually have it worse off. Its your own fault for not taking a lunch break~ you want one demand one dont let them walk over you! Dont judge one persons job based on yours because their job might be different then yours and entail different stuff.. Why not talk to your boss for helpful cristisim- if your not willing to recieve it then you wont ever move up. Ask him what you can do so you can gain promotions. And just because your total profit in sales is enough to pay your salary means zip. My store makes enough in 1 day to pay 3 people their salary for a year. But their are other contributing costs you have to consider, cost of product, fixtures, pay of other people, electricity, water, building costs, etc etc etc...it goes on. They hired you at that pay and you accepted it, end of story. If you dont like it, you dont have to stay there.

First of all don't quit this job! Keep this job and get that money!! And if you are banking like that put that money in the bank and start your own business. One important thing I learned in BIG BUSINESS is you don't tell on anyone, because you will be labeled and everyone will treat you bad! I know this might seem like bad advice but only the SHARKS survive! And if you learn to keep that mouth shut and do you and don't worry about others. You will be successful ! DO the 8 or however many hrs. you do and go home! Luck to you!

Do like I did while working at a job I hated. I started a home business and worked it every evening and weekend with total dedication because I knew that it would be lining my own pocket. I did this until I replaced my income and actually looked forward to going to work because I knew one day I would blow all of these people out of the water with my income, yet it would pay my bills until I could afford to do so. It is not unusual in this company to earn $10k or even $20k/mo, all it takes is determination and a vision....I'm living proof!

Sounds like you have a opportunity to become the leader for even all those crybabies have to have a leader. If not then go else where and make your mark.

It sounds like you need to spend your lunch breaks rewriting your resume and putting it online. Good luck.
