This always seems to be the case and I was wondering why. I've asked everyone I know, including British friends, and nobody knows! I wanted to know why the English pound is stronger than, I think, any other currency in the world. What factors make this so? I know this might be a complicated question to answer but I would appreciate any responses. Thanks.

I'm 21, in college, live at home but i've been saving up a lot and i don't buy as much clothes/shoes etc anymore but all my other friends seem to buy all these things (tiffany bracelet, LV, dior). It's tempting but should i spend my money on those or is it true that the more i save up now, the faster i can put a downpayment on a house?

Every job I have ever had, including the one I have now, which is supposed to be a good job, the executives are only concerned with making money, and never concerned with empolyee anything. They don't care if you can eat, if you fell pooped on, they just don't care, how can they expect to make money long term like that? How can they not expect revenge from mad former empolyees when they just press and grind until the people are a fine powder ready to expold? What do I do? Will I ever be happy at a job? I just keep trying and I just keep being dissappointed, how deos anyone ever get ahead?

We started a business together & all of the red tape is out of the way.
Now, it seems like I'm in this by myself.
Am I working myself too hard?
Or are they just being lazy, & unmotivated partner?
I don't want to be so uptight about things, how do I communicate that I'm getting impatient about their lack of motivation for the partnership?

I am a landlord and my tenant has moved out. He is waiting for his security deposit back. But first i must inspect house and see if there are any damages.

From what i see...he has parked a car on the lawn that leaked oil. So there are oil blotches in the yard. This cannot be good. Oil ruins grass. Now...i know i have to charge him for this...but how much? can grass be restored after oil from a car leaked on it?

Even if there is a dollar amount to put on the lawn fixture...i won't know if the grass is totally restored and back to normal until it grows back which can take months. So can i wait until then to see if he should be given his security deposit back???

I would love to hear from landlords or tenants who have had similiar situations.
