I have worked off and on, for 31 years, as a hairstylist.
Licensed in 6 States.

I've had other jobs as well. Some, included Hospice Aide, Certified Nurses Aide, Home Health Aide, Office Cleaner, Offset Printing, adult oriented jobs (phones- cashier at a private club, which was a lot of fun), traditional call center jobs and some awful temp assignments in offices I hated.

I am old now.
I am not crazy about doing hair but continue for the $$$.
It is nice to work in a place where the music is on all day and people laugh and joke all day while working.
But, physically, I am in pain from the job. Too many aches and pains... and no insurance.
I need to find something else to do, that will allow me wear casual or casual professional clothes.
Not be in an office.
Preferably evenings.
Both sitting and standing.
Pay no less than what I make now..
School or licensure, it would have a short course.
Maybe involve travel.
Insurance coverage.

Any suggestions?

This company sent a letter saying that I have funds coming to me but I have to send $20.00 so they can release it to me. It's a division of Kings Treasure, Inc. A private compiling and reporting frim. I have recevied 2 other letters with checks in them and I called the bank where the checks says the're from and told me that they are fraud. But this letter is different because I seen this company being advertised on tv and radio. This other letters are from Canada, and Long Beach,CA.

I supposed that the matter was untrue, just trying to lure me into a legal problem where they can take advantage of. what do you think? am i right? the one who mailed the letter says he is the manager of the bank where the money was deposited. And that he will take care of other legalities and i just have to claim the money. he asked for my bank account no. and other particulars. Then we will split the money.
