Pam I was EXACTLY where you were a while ago. I'd love to talk to you more about what I did once I got sick and tired of the Brokerage Industry in NYC. I was over worked and underpaid extremely stressed and need a change. I left the Brokerage Industry after 10 years of hard work and I can honestly say today I am in a better, calmer place. Either:

a)figure out what exactly it is that you want to do, and if you need to go to school or something, stick out your job until you can make things happen

or

b)quit and move onto something else.
