This company sent a letter saying that I have funds coming to me but I have to send $20.00 so they can release it to me. It's a division of Kings Treasure, Inc. A private compiling and reporting frim. I have recevied 2 other letters with checks in them and I called the bank where the checks says the're from and told me that they are fraud. But this letter is different because I seen this company being advertised on tv and radio. This other letters are from Canada, and Long Beach,CA.

If something sounds too good to be true, like you have funds coming to you, or you just spontaniously get a check in the mail for an large amount of money, it probably is. And the bank told you the checks were frauds, so why take the risk with any of them? Don't be fooled by this scam. TV is not a trustworthy source...ever. Just because these companies managed to swindle enough money out of other poor and gulable souls to make a t.v. commercial, doesn't mean they are legit. Take some good advise, and hold onto your money.

this is a scam for sure, a good rule is: if it sounds too good to be true , it is not real and true. scams artists have $$ to put scam ads on the tv and radio, direct mail and other methods of advertising. contact your state comsumer services and file this scam with them. in the future please know that if a company tells you have won a prize you do not have to pay money to recieve it. if you win something for real, 1- you must enter to win it and 2-you dont have to pay to get it.
