With the way identy theft and computer hackers are going on now adays, I wouldnt be asking nothing about bank acconts on here, sounds paranoid I guess, but for a question like that I would just go ask your bank that.

yes thats fine, you can withdraw money from any branch of that bank not just the one where you opened your account

yu should apply for a line of credit( use it) then pay it off improving your credit rating for a better line use each new card to pay off your old debt thus improving your score more until you reach a very high levl of credit then max out and flee the country.
