My degree is a masters in sociology. I have experience in research and outreach. I am not a licensed social worker. I would like either a job in research or social services, such as case managing. I am open to jobs outside of my field.

The features and offerings of each are included in the source below-- a Map of the 2 Yahoo Groups. One reactive (Find Jobs), the other proactive (Solve Problems to get promotions, new jobs, new career, etc).

An inexpensive option would be to use your alma mater's Career Services Center. That's what I am doing at the University of Delaware and the program is phenomenal. I was using Lee Hecht Harrison, which is associated with Robert Half Group, but they were not cheap. I paid a one time $25 fee to use the university's program.
