Because of his assets, he in not eligable for a student loan and wants to put his house and car in my name. What are the disadvantages of doing this? How will this affect me negatively in any way?

so i had 2 interviews for a job to work as a cashier they told me they were going to call me within 7-10 days or i was going to receive a letter in the mail for sure. DOes that gurantee me the job?.

I started just over one month ago at a fine jewelry store. I'm trying my hardest, but I just don't think I'm doing a great job and I don't like it there. I've got two months left before my probational period after being hired is up. I think the only reason they would keep me is because the store is understaffed. (5 people) I just updated my resume on Monster last night and this morning I've alredy gotten FOUR calls from it. Should I call them back and interview with them?

on average about half of the time that i am in the office from 9 to 5.
so i average working about 4 hours a day. i spend the other half of the day playing around on the internet, emailing friends, on myspace, researching stuff that interests me online on sites like wikipedia, etc. etc. i realize it is strange that i am making 100k for so little work. i think that i probably should go somewhere else with better opportunity for advancement and try and make several hundred thousand dollars. am i being a slacker for staying at the current job? i really enjoy the free time at work. i am currently at a wall street type job.

I borrowed about $10,000 to someone I kind of knew to start up a business and after about six months the business was closed and my monthly payments stopped coming also. After not being able to track him down I went to small claims court and received a judgement for the maximum amount allowed in South Dakota but wasn't able to track him down for about six months, until someone tipped me off that he had moved to North Dakota which causes other complications. Anyone have any advice - suggestions?

they never pay on time,and the house have been put for foreclosure like more than three times,and we didnt know about it i want to sell it before we loose the house,plus i discovered that they transfer the house to another mortgage company without my husbands concern and they sign the papers with out him..we want out what is the first thing we do? do we put the house for sale and how who do we go to put a house for sale..being that the house has been in and out of foreclosure so many times.i want to sell it to the highest bitter demand they pay for the rest in cash would that clear my husbands name? should i go to the state attorneys with the proof that my husband didnt sign for the second mortgage this is his sister and her husbands the one did this to us.what can we do?

I want to do marketing copyediting and copywriting in a corporate marketing department. My interests are travel and tourism, multicultural communications (although I'm not fluent in anything but English), health care, or fun consumer products like toys. The truth is, there were some shady things about the business. I worked there for 2 years during high school and college and didn't feel comfortable continuing. I quit and said something like "I don't want to drive that far anymore."

I filed for bankruptcy back in feb 05 b/c I was returning to school and wasnt going to be working full time anymore, and it was all finalized in aug 05. My mom told me to put my car on there but I didnt b/c I thought I would have at least a part time job. Now Im not going to be working part time, I have workstudy at school, and only work 1 hr a day, and get paid 6 bucks an hr.
