I need the income statements of 3 publicly traded restaurants?

If they are publicly traded then go to their portfolio with NASDAQ and get them from there. You can also contact directly the companies-as public they can provide you with copy of their financial.

Choose three restaurants - chains/franchises would probably work best, and go to the investor section of their webpages, or search for investor information. Financial reports should be there, or at least, contact information to get the financial reports.
