Personally I wouldn't get a car loan with no credit. You really, really need to get some other credit in your history first.
Find some way to get a car for now and work on establishing credit the usual ways. When that car needs updating or replacing your good credit history will be there for you and you will get a good vehicle you love AND at a car loan you can live with (afford without paying lots and lots of finance charges). I have seen many young people get a car financed too soon and end up with paying so much money by the time the car is paid off.
Please consider this as good advice from someone who knows...
