Okay, so, he doesn't have the job anymore, however, should I send him the bill for the drug test? It's $40.50. Not that I think he will ever pay it, but, just to point out that he cost the company money, and how inconsiderate he is.

I am a mother of 3 girls and I am looking to start a home based business. I have a degree in Business Mtg/Marketing. Most of my experience is in advertising. I have sold media and print. Although I enjoy the sales aspect my passion is in creating promotional materials. I am very good at creating PowerPoint Presentations, fliers, specification sheets, training material and mass mailings etc. I want to find a small niche area that will allow growth and prove to be lucrative. I am looking for ANY and ALL ideas. Nothing will be discounted. - Thank you!

I used to be able to and now that I actually NEED to talk to someone (because what I need is not an 'option' of the automated choices), they have gone and changed their customer service number's format. There is no 'press zero' option no matter where I go for their options! UGH!

I trust none of them. Politicians are only out to get reelcted Doctors wish there were more sick people so they can get more money. Lawyers suck most of the award. Journalists are out to sell advertisement. Car mechanics charge a lot for a snow job. Just my opinion.

Some of my team members are struggling with meeting company metrics in performance. I work in a call center and we measure performance thru metrics (average handling time, talk time, and call work). I need to find some ways to inspire my employees to perform better. I also need ways to promote contests to build an awareness on teamwork. Once the performance has improved, I need to show ways to reward the agents. What do employees want as a reward(no monies), that would excite them enough to wanna peform better? If performance is not improved, the agents will be placed on disclipinary actions and this could hurt the efforts. I would like to avoid this if possible.

I watch Suze orman on television and she says I can check my Fico score on myfio.com ... I've seen my credit report, I don't need that ... I don't need a subscription to myfico.com ... all I want is a number ... I want to know if I am a 700 a 750 ... a whatever.... Then olny thing I can click on that costs under 40 bucks is the "individual fico scores" and they want 14.95 times 3 (for all three credit agencies).... Is there a cheap way I can find my fico score without paying a fortune? Thanks in advance for any answers...i really do come back to read what everyone has to say. :-)
