A regular savings account only gives you a certain percent of interest. However, a ROTH IRA account gives plenty of interest because it's basically a porfolio filled with mutual funds, bonds, and other investments. How many people do the same or use some other form of high interest for their savings account like a Money market account instead of a regular savings account. Anything is better than a regular savings account, Do you agree?

Received a phone call from a young broker, practically begging me to buy stock with him. I don't really need a broker, do my own research and buy/sell through Schwab.

I never buy large amounts of a high priced stock in fear of something going wrong and then coming up with a thousand(s)$ loss.

He kept telling me that Dell was going to go up soon. The insiders were buying it. My instincts said he was wrong. I told him Dell is like too many fish in a little pond.

We kept conversing a long time, then I said I like Microsoft instead.

The young stockbroker agreed. I bought 200 shares of Microsoft.

I'm ahead about several hundred bucks with Microsoft, but had I listened to his advice, I'd be in the tank on Dell for about eight hundred bucks in a two week period of owning it.

I still like the broker since he was right with a put situation before.

If you were me, what would you say to him next time about Dell?

Hello :)
Recently I have been working on a block that is used in Making walls.
its easy to use and its something like the ICFs(insulated concrete forms!)
Now the question is :how can i make money from it.Any advices? Ho can I be sure that I should work on it more ?

The website is one of a kinda, like no other. It will require at least 75,000 to start up. It can become nationwide relatively easy. Everyone needs this service and would use it regularly if allowed to.

I'm not usually one for being nervous or intimidated by other individuals. Most thing's don't scare me.. but for whatever reason, I find myself very intimidated by people who have been successful in life. Not just in business or anything, just people who have found success. I have set the bar very high for myself, and I hope to one day eventually be one of the more successful people.. however I realize there is alot of work and determination involved (sometimes I'm lazy.. but that may be because I'm just starting out my road to success and I feel encumbered by so much involved in becoming successful).

If you see me around, you'll definitely take notice that I can start conversations with anyone at anytime at anyplace. However, the same can't be said for when I'm communicating with successful people. I become intimidated and can't act like myself.

Anyone know why that is?

Is it legal to give discounts of a public product to specific customers and not everyone? I heard once that if you selling item A, you can't only make a discount thats not available to everyone.

I have just seen a few questions from a so called PC Patel each with EXACTLY the same wording and the EXACT same answer from the same person each time.
However, I have just logged onto the met Police Website and looked under their fraud section and NOTHING about PayPal is on there.
If this information is not to be made public yet for fear of PayPal finding out, why has PC Patel posted the information?
Perhaps we should report him to the Met Police and they can investigate him!
What does everyone else think?
