Should I get Term Life and invest the difference in other investments such as Roth IRA and perhaps even leverage some money as down payment towards a property? A considerable amount of premiums go into commissions and EIUL account expenses. Is it worth it? There are seminars that are promoting cashing out home equity and invest it in EIUL. Need some guidance. Will appreciate it. Thanks

My place of work closed it's doors about 6 months ago.I was wondering how long it took before you recive your 401K.I was on medical leave at the time.If it's awhile before I can get it,can I get it earlier for medical reasons?My place of work was a smaller branch of a large company that is still in business. I need a way to make money fast. I graduated college in May and haven't been able to get a job yet and my first student loan payment is due in less than a month. I'm either hurt by a lack of experience or am overqualified for a job that you normally settle for.

I'm a guy so that also leaves out stripping and other erotic things.

My sister and I just opened a bakery and deli..we serve sandwiches and wraps and are wondering if there is a best way to assemble ingredients in a wrap or sandwich...also we were wondering if there is a best way to fold a wrap. I fold the ends of the wrap in and then roll it, but thought maybe it would be better to only fold one end and leave the other end open. We are just looking for some tips and suggestions to make our sandwiches look most appealing. Thanks!!

I wonder if the people at the "top" like what they do or if they're just harder minded about their decision making. The two ways to go are to say either 1: I love shoveling s--- all the time, or 2: s-- shoveling is what you have to do to make it these days so I'm going to do it.

I am retired and recently divorced after 27 yrs. My wife and I sold, divided and went on our separete ways. Luckily for me I have sufficient funds to purchase property cash. My question: should I buy cash or get a mortgage? My money sits on Cds at 5%... I realize I am losing money to income tax, inflations, etc...and geting a mortgage will be more than what my CDs make. Pros and Cons, please.
