there is such a thing as a good loan shark? will only break one leg?

Yeah I know one:
He promises not to kill you until after the 60 months & 10.000% compound interest has'nt been paid in full.... until then he will just break 1 bone a day until you make the payments up!!!
Loan sharks don't do any 'GOOD', but for keeping A&E staff busy!!

there are good loan sharks ? it would be wiser to try get a loan from a bank rather than having to pay them huge amounts of money forever
