Open a checking account (I assume that you have a job). Get an ATM card linked to that account. Use the ATM card to withdraw cash from your checking account. Of course it goes without saying that you must keep depositing money into your checking account faster than you withdraw it!

To change your circumstances re: not having a credit history, the best way to get [a good] one is to borrow money from a bank and pay it back in a timely fashion. Then you'll have the beginnings of a good credit history.

With out a job it could be very hard depending on the amount of cash you need. You could take out a 'loan' from family members or give your bank a try. If you are trying to get a car for instance most banks would be willing to give you a secured line of credit with much or any credit history. Secured loans are good for people with no credit because they pose little risk to banks and help those without credit to build some credit history. If you need just a little cash to get you through to the next payday you could go to those payday advance places. But unless you make alot you will only get a small amount of money...maybe like $100 or so.

If you have a job and a checking account you can go to a cash advance place. You will need your most current bank statement and a check stub and i.d.. They determine how much you can borrow based on what you make. Then say they let you borrow 300.00. They give you the 300.00 and you write them a check for 330.00. They will give you 2 weeks to pick the check up-if you don't they will deposit the check. . I have done this many times-it can get addictive.

If you have a bank account, you could try getting a line of credit. It's like a loan but there's no interest on it.
