Are you looking to place a banner ad on specific websites? Individual sites will charge as little as $12 a month and up depending on their visitors demographics and numbers.

There's a lot of bargaining in this field. I have a tool that allows you to "guess-timate" what an ad should be worth on a specific site. It's a starting place for negotiations.

I placed one on careerbuilder and it cost $1500 for a 3 day printed ad in the newspaper and a month on-line. The problem with an on-line website - they fed my ad to what seems like a million other job posting on line sites and I was sent a TON of resumes for jobs totally unrelated to my original posting. And still, I get on-line recruiters calling like no tomorrow. I"ll never post an on-line ad again.
