And why do I see the Quote for this as 114 on Wall St.? I thought only ETFs are traded on Wall St. So does it mean , I can buy and sell Vanguard 500 like other Stocks?

person responsible for paying the mortgage is not paying on time, he dosnt want to put the mortgage on his name nor he wants to sell the house. ,what are my options, should I tell mortgage bank that they should call him and take off my name from mortgage, what are my legalities and rights since deed his on his name and he doesnt return my calls. he is a mortgage officer and he knows everyone in real estate proffession from attorney to agent, I am getting very scarred as I m getting calls every month from mortgage company that my mortgage is due, as he is already one month behind.
Month of april alreday shows on my credit report as a late payment. please someone help me with a professional advice. thank you.

i need money but I'm too young for most jobs out there. I'm on summer break and I was wondering if there is a job I could find so i could work during the summer and after school. So when school starts I don't have to quit, I just work less hours.

We put our house on the market a little over 1 month ago. We got it listed in the MLS through a flat-fee broker, who basically just put it there and gave us a sign (though we used our own FSBO sign instead.) For the first two weeks, we had about 10 showings where buyers agents would bring their clients through. We had 1 or 2 FSBO showings. However, beginning the weekend before the 4th we have not had one single showing! This past week we've even listed the house in 4 local newspapers and on several websites. Still NO showings.

Is this normal? Is it the time of year? Is it because it's a FSBO? Do realtors shy away from FSBOs even if they are listed in the MLS and the seller pays 3% commission?

1 year after 9/11 my good paying job close down i have been strugling since then, now i have just a regular job , plus my wife went back to work and still cannot make it, we are begining to damage our relationship and my kids can tell, how can i consodilate all my payments into one that i can manage or is there another way to fix this,

I live in Tucson az, and I am haveing a very high power bill, some where in the range of 200$ and i only have a 2 bedroom apt. I also keep all the lights on and limit my useage of dishwasher, dryer and washer, I don't watch TV and keep all the lights off when not in use so I was wondering was is the average bill for other people?

I am a registered nurse with a huge medical surgical background. He would like to retire and get a job on a cruise ship as some kind of pyon, and he thinks I can get a job on the same ship as a nurse. Do cruise ships have nurses, and what is the likelihood I can get a nursing job on a cruise ship? He is 13 years older than me and knows I will continue working no matter what he does.

I am currently a junior in college studying psychology, but I really want to get into international business. However, it's too late to switch to business as an undergraduate, so my question is, do business graduate schools accept students with other backgrounds like psychology? Should I at least take some basic courses as an undergraduate like economics?

Does this affect his ability to get a Pell grant or other college assistance? I am not sure where to go from here. He graduated from HS last year at 19 yrs old and now works full time at Walmart. I am not sure whether to claim him on my taxes or not.I have been a single mom of 2 for 20 years. I am a RN and he could not support himself without my help. Will my income count on his college loan moneys etc..? .We live in rural america equivalent to being in the mts of Appalachia. Im 21 years old and my husband is living in another country and of course i have spent a lot going back and forth, well on credit cards. i have 3 of them, one is $3200, next $1100, and last $500. I work for children services, its a government agency and i love my work but I don't get paid enough, only $400 a month. When I do get paid its past the date the payments are due. So im always late or there are times I don't pay. I'm ruining my credit, what can i do so I can only have one payment for all of them and does anyone know of a fast way to get money, i really need help.

Alright, I have been re-hired from my job that I left 2 years ago.
They contacted me and after negoitiating with them on wager and schedule, they hired me as they need my help.

Now durng the interview and paperwork - I had my piercing on and they didn't care. They did not tell me anythign about it.
Also note, my friend who has been working there for 2 years since I was gone has been working with a lip ring.

Now 10 days into the job, they are telling us both to remove it.
the excuse - "new policy"....
Both the manager and general manager don't care however this lady who has hated me from the last time is on my case and she is ruthless to everyone but the owner.
Now I spoke to the owner and he said to try my best, get a smaller labret or skin tone.. I did..I met our agreement.
The lady is now on my case again and the owner of the restuarent wont defend me now.

What right do I have?
how do I challenge this "new policy" which I think is total lie?
she simply hates me 4 personal reason.
