I've just moved to Canada from Vietnam,and I sent some packages from Vietnam to Canada.But it's been more than a month and my packages haven't arrived yet.Is it possible that they are lost ? How safe is shipment ?

Well, of course it's possible, but assuming they went "ground", or via the ocean, it's much more likely that you just haven't allowed enough shipping time. I'd say it should take at LEAST two whole months to make the journey, as the ships do make other stops along the way!

If you sent the packages regular mail, then they're probably sitting on a ship in the middle of the Pacific right now. My fiancee' and I send stuff back and forth all the time, and it can take 1 1/2 to 2 months to received something if it doesn't go by air.
Next time.. Make sure you specify Aair freight or air mail.
