Last night I'm flipping through the tv stations and I come across one of those paid promotional programs and it was actually one that I hadn't seen before. I was curious....so I watched for a few minutes just to see what the 'hook' was. Is anyone involved with this company? Or know of someone who is? If so, did they or are they making any money?

My father always used to say that if it looks to good to be true, it probably is. I filled out their form to ask for additional information and the first page that pops up after I press submit is one advertising their marketing program....jeesh! Either 25 bucks a month or about 300 bucks outright. I know it's not illegal but it certainly sounds a little unethical.

I would like to create a will. However, I'm not comfortable with naming a family member or friend as the executor. Who then should be named as the executor on the will? Is it common for one's lawyer to accept being named as an executor? Otherwise, are there executor service companies besides banks that would serve as an executor? I went to the trust department of my bank, but they wanted me to have a trust set up with them which would entail a yearly fee, instead of just being named as the executor when I die. Thx.

I am on disability because I have multiple sclerosis. I am actually doing very well now. I have a job but I have a limit on how much money I can earn per month because of the disability. Just wondering if anyone out there could point me in the right direction. Need to find shelter for reasonable price. Have a dog. Prefer to live "country", but not limited. Moving in Oct. to NC. Preferably mtn's. Do not want to exceed $400/mo. Willing 2b flexible w/arrangements. Have work skills/ bartering: tree care, odd jobs, drive (CDL-B), house cleaning,etc. R there any old farm houses? Even just a rentable piece of land. Very flexible!- but must keep my dog. (By the way, I have no job or work lined up. I simply feel called to NC mtn's- all my life. Finally released to follow those dreams. Never even been there, but I know I belong. I'm coming home to a place I've nvr been. I've been working as a cook at a small business restaurant for a little less that two weeks now. Unfortunately, it's become too hot for me in the kitchen (I get sick everytime I work now). Family and friends have advised me to go ahead and quit because of this, but I want to know if a two weeks notice is necessary? I really just want to flat out quit, since I know I'll have trouble enduring my notice period, if I can at all.
