Cruiselink Ltd. is a 17 year old cruise line receptive ground operator. We specialize in carrying out the entire meet and greet services as well as check-in services for 6 major cruise lines. We currently have a part time staff of over 440 employees and are expanding rapidly. This is a perfect opportunity for those seeking part time employment from April through October. Positions are available to work in the exciting cruise line industry at the New York City Passenger Ship terminal and the new Bayonne, New Jersey Passenger Ship terminal

Job Qualifications

* Must be able to work flexible weekend hours.
* Must have prior customer service experience.

Job Description

* Work directly with our arriving and departing guests at the NYC or Bayonne, NJ cruise ship terminal.
* Provide service in all facets of debarkation/embarkation aspect.
* Answer general questions, directing guests and visitors to proper area and registering guests via a computer system.
* Guest service oriented.
* This is a part time position.

Nope! not without the name, - Directory Enquiries works on the same principle as the phone book.. imagine trying to look up an address without knowing the name that goes with it - you would have to start at A and work your way right through every surname in the telephone directory!!
