I manage a condo complex,listen to complains,trim bushes weed gardens pressure wash everthing in sight,paint,answer dumb questions tell peaple where they park and live when they come back lost.,keep their swimming pool clean and in working order.Fix airconditioners in the wee hours when the temperature rises a degree.and run to the elevator when some one forgets what floor they,re on and thinks they're stuck when the door close you name it I do it.
