I mean, like a permit from the city... I am not sure if there is more than one needed. Would you please let me know?

the money it would cost to get a permit and have your kitchen inspected but USDA and a sanitation safety person not worth it. unless your having a bake sale for a fundraiser then the price is not with it.

you call your products fine. what makes them so fine.....and how do you produce a few fine bakery products. you bake them not produce them. You are scaring me.......... I think you have more in mind then just selling a few fine bakery products.

do you use human cream filling for your cream puffs?
