I used to be able to and now that I actually NEED to talk to someone (because what I need is not an 'option' of the automated choices), they have gone and changed their customer service number's format. There is no 'press zero' option no matter where I go for their options! UGH!

Do not press the buttons, wait, then you will get somebody on the line.

Look up their website and find their press office or phone number for HR. Call it and ask to be forwarded to the department you want.

What I usually do is go through their menue and just pick any option that you think might lead you to a rep, and just keep using the "other" option/choice and they will route your call to a rep. Otherwise send them an email telling them how bad their CS has been and they will respond to you!
