I have the designs, the means, the know-how, and a couple of tricks up my sleeve to set myself apart, but do you think it's possible to compete with the likes of Threadless and other Internet shirt sites like this? What's the possibility of just breaking even? Just wondering?

It's tricky getting them to work for me. Sometimes they don't even take me seriously. I don't wanna lose my friends, I also wanna be a good manager. Anyone else face anything like this? any pointers?

Our mother was very sick. I was her personal nurse for alomst two yrs. until she passed. One yr before she died, we (my brother, sister and I) transfered the title of her home into all our names. This was so we wouldn't lose it to a nursing home if she had to go to one. I had been living in the home for 5 yrs. already and then care of my mother for almost two more yrs. until she passed. I am now paying all bills here ( there is no mortage). My brother ans sister expect me to pay rent to them. And also my sister wants me and my 15 yrs old son to just pick anf leave the house after living there for 7 yrs. What are my rights?

What is the base starting salary (on average)?
Does it matter what Airline you work for?
How long do you have to work for the Airline to make the "big bucks"?

a: Close the browser which looks suspicious, or
b: Keep it open since he already saw, and hope he doesn't think you're a slacker..

I have an idea for a product that I want to use almost every day. My sister wants one when it is produced. I don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars to get it made. Im paying settlement amnts on my credit cards which have been seriously past due for a cpl years. They are closing the accnt with the settlement payments, Im making great headway in the past 2 months, 3 are settled. Im very proud of myself, but I am concerned on how long it will take for my score to go up. I notice that the accnts I had settled are still on the report, saying charged off or what have ytou. How do I make sure these come off the report or at least show that I have paid them a fair amount to close it? I request a letter from each stating that I have settled, do I need to contact all 3 agencies with a copy of the letter stating I want that reflected on my report? I hope someone here knows what Im talking about and has been through the same thing . Plz give advice on my next step to ensure my credit report will reflect the progress Ive made Thx.

I have inherited lifetime mineral rights to this land. I live a long way from Texas and have never seen it. I also was recently sent a lease agreement by a major corporation. They want to lease the rights to the land. The paper says, Bonus-100.00 per net mineral acre Term-3 yrs Royalty-Three-sixteenths (3/16). I have no idea what these terms actually mean or if it is wise to sign these papers or not. They also sent a check for $100.00. If anyone has knowledge about this type of thing could you please offer advise? Thank you.

Quite some time ago, my boss got fired for sexually harassing me and some other females at work. He continues to email me forwards. It's nothing gross or inappropriate and he never puts any personal text in them. I haven't put him in junk mail or ignored him just in case he sends me threatening emails. I kind of want to ask him why he keeps emailing me. Should I? Or should I just let him continue to email me. Do you think he's hoping for a response so he can chew me out? He used to be a nice guy, and then something in him snapped which led to his firing. I kind of feel bad for him..
