Ok let me know if this will work. A kissing booth! I'm a good lookin 22 yr old guy with lots of muscles so there should be no lack of business.
Of course I know there could be problems, so here's my plan. There will be a scale on the ground, the more the girl weighs the more the cost, ex. 200 pounds= 20 dollars. 130 pounds=13 dollars.
And we will have an emergency button in case old or young ppl come that will turn it into a bad lemondade stand.
Could this work? And does anyone want to go into business with me?

My car was rear-ended, the person who hit me accepted all responsibilty, they even signed a document stating that at the scene of the accident. They are insured. I'd rather not report it to my insurance company since I expect no moeny from them and am worried they would raise my rates anyway. Must I involve them if I want to be compensated by the other party's insurance?

I was told by a headhunter recently not to "exaggerate" my current salary when interviewing for a new job. He said "they always find out." I thought it was illegal for your current employer to give out that kind of info.

In going through some paperwork for a business I closed a year or so ago, I discovered I had a credit balance with a vendor due to a mis-shipment. This fact fell through the cracks as I had intended to purchase from the vendor again. When i called the vendor, I was told the credit was written off and my balance was now zero.
Is this legal? Isn't this my money and not the vendors? This just doesn't seem right. Is this a state thing? is there an SOL that I am not aware of? We are both in CA and my understanding is there isn't one. Other than a lawyer, can anyone point me in the right direction online?

If you found a $20 in the pocket of your slacks that you just brought home from the cleaners, what would you do with the $20. Would you save it? (for what purpose would you save it?) Would you spend it? (if so what would you buy with it?). Would you give it away (and to whom and why?)

Chinanews, Beijing July 18 – The Social Sciences Academic Press of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences published the 2006 energy blue paper titled “China Energy Development Report”. Last year, China’s oil imports decreased by 2.2% compared with the previous year.

In 2005, China imported 136 million tons, or 42.9% of its oil from other countries, showing a decrease of 7.56 million tons, or a decrease of 5.3% from a year before.

In order to safeguard the nation oil safety, the blue paper suggests that China should take measures in various aspects. These include reducing reliance on oil imports, actively participating in international oil market competition,
