yes, my friend worked as a mystery shopper part time and she signed up online --- if something is available in your area they will send you all the necessary paper work/questionnaires to take to the designated store(s)
Look for the MSPA ----That means the company is a reputable member of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association.

I haven't found one as of yet. I have been searching for years and am starting to wonder if it is just a myth. I am interested in finding out if you get any good answers though!
