I mean its always the same you get stuck behind 5 people who appear to be using the bloody thing for the first time. Even after they have finally got their money and receipt and card back they still stand there looking at the bloody thing like its going to give them something else. My house went under contract at the first part of this month and I was scheduled to close on tomorrow morning. I kept calling my realtor to get the details of the closing. He finally tells me today that the seller is having credit issues and cannot close tomorrow, but will instead need an extension. I am in a dilemna because I cannot close on my new home until this one is sold. What must I do? Can I get out of my contract with my current realtor if this house does not close in a week due to the sellers credit issues?

I know places like California, Florida, Arizona are way overvalued now.

I thought of Texas, since it's one of the most undervalued states, but I learned recently that property taxes there are 3%, which seriously cuts into the bottom line.

I'm looking for a CAP rate of 10% + AND a Cash Return of 10% +...

I've got the money, just need to find a good place.

i am faced with a problem of finding a good job. I have college credits, and i am still enrolled. I have not been able to find a decent job at all. i am good looking, clean, veyr hard working. I have numerous awards too many to list,i have achieved the rank of SGT in the military, and have been praised for excellence in leadership values, but for the life of me i just can't seem to get a decent job, yet i find people all the time who have good jobs and they have no experience or nearly as much leadership skills that i have. What is wrong with me, i think i am going to have to start collecting unemployment!
