Any one knows any consultant in garment industry who can change my status from H4 to H1.?

I have ample work exp. in garment field as merchendiser and don't want to enroll in another degree here. By education I am an MBA and ......want to work..can some one help??? I know lot of contacts for the garment productions in the asian country..plz help me.

I have 1 contact in particular, but do not understand the status thing. Honestly, I do not know H4 from H1. Could you explain, also what do you actually do ?
