Allot depends on the loan broker. Get pre approved first and find out from them what is the earliest date they can have your clear to close. Based on that put that date on the offer contract. I made the mistake of putting what the realtor suggested of 30 days and now have to wait for those 30 days because the seller won't close earlier. My broker had my clear to close 7 days after I made the offer, inspection and appraisal all done. Now I have to wait for the seller.

Close in a day or 2 with a good attorney, otherwise, your move out stipulations, contingencies, etc. Try 1 month for an average.
Anxious seller, I know a guy who sold 1 day and moved the next.

YOU CAN;T HURRY THEM UP NOW..WHAT YOU COULD HAVE DONE WAS INTERVIEW A FEW CONTRACTORS BEFORE YOU HIRE ANYONE .ASK THEM IN WRITING HOW LONG IT IS GOING TO TAKE WITH AN AMOUNT OF TIME AS A LEAD WAY .THAT WAY IF THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR END OF THE WRITTEN CONTRACT YOU COULD END UP NOT HAVING TO PAY THEM FOR ALL THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE..I KNOW I GOT IT STUCK UP MY BUTT ON MY HOUSE AND I ONLY HAD THE HOUSE REWIRED...BUT I LEARNED A HARD MISTAKE..ONE THAT I WON'T EVER DO AGAIN

If u are worried with how issues are going then contact the agent, they can regularly provide u efficient assistance on an afternoon after day foundation and doubtless slender down a time body for u.

I arrived in Mesa Arizona with a truck full of furniture found a house and moved into it in four days. I had to run some of the documents myself. As the people moved out I was waiting with my truck to move in.
