recruiters keep offering me sales roles at companies that have no real differentiators looking for sales stars who will come and change everything via coldcalling. how to land a proper sales job (i sell IT solutions) where u do not have to pray for miracles

False......you sell the product....know your product....anyone dealing with a well mannered seller with knowledge will get calls back from their clients....and sometimes just by word of mouth.....any new client from that way?....you are not a failure...never look for the attaboy or more money....it will come to you......don't forget to take a day off...

sales is a numbers game--- the more calls that you make the more successful you become. My dad told me that selling was like trying to fill a wheelbarrow full of frogs. That is why I make as much $$$ as I want as a salesman.
