I need to find out how many bills i owe because i need to know if i am in debt.

If you are over 21 you can get one free credit report per year from the three credit bureaus from https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp
This is free and legal. I would not use any other companies. Most will charge you money, some will steal and sell your info. The one I gave you is the one the government reccomends you use.

If you owe money, but don't have current copies of the bills, you can order your credit reports to find out your major creditors. This won't show bills from creditors that don't subscribe to those credit bureaus however.
