I think rewarding yourself by going to the movies or somewhere special.Maybe take a vacation trip, and if possible a certificate.

Sometimes a simple "thanks for the good work" suffices. Special work outings are always a good idea. Not only does it promote synergy and team strength, but each individual feels appreciated.
