I have a tattoo right smack on my chest very visible. I work in a office and i have a hard time finding clothes to conceal it any ideas people?

I recently lost my baby and my husband and I will be getting tattoos in memory of our lost little one. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or pictures that I could use. I have been thinking of a baby angel tattoo, but not something too cartoonish... Any ideas are welcome!

I do want to say that if you want to post to tell me that its a bad or stupid idea, don't bother. We are adults. This is our way of remembering our baby. Please respect that. Thank you!

my dad passed away 10 years ago. and i want to have tattoo to ask him to be with me cause he never shows up even in my dream. but i totally have no idea what sentence/phrase is right for me. does anyone have any idea for me?

I just wanted to share a quick story with everyone.

First, I have a bunch of tattoos - my right arm (including the ditch and underside) is almost filled with a mish-mash of things, my left breast (from my areola to my shoulder) is one large Japanese carp fish, I have one tattoo on each shoulder, and just a couple days ago I added another to the back of my neck/middle shoulder area. I've had my tongue pierced and my nose pierced, and my hair has been many colors including hot pink.

All this to say, I'm an accountant, I'm human resources, and most shockingly, I'm a youth group leader & Sunday School teacher. I remember asking if I should wear long sleeves and they said "if people judge you for that, that's their problem." My church is Evangelical too, known to be quite conservative.

I showed my pastor my newest tattoo last night and he said "well if you're gonna get a tattoo, that's one to get."

It simply says: "DO NOT CONFORM, BE TRANSFORMED" Romans 12:2

Why do people come on the tattoo section just to blast everyone about how bad it is to get tattoos?

I'm booked to get a new tattoo in next couple of weeks. It's going to start at the lower part of the calf, just above the ankle, working it's way down to the top of the foot. I'd really appreciate some advice on healing. I didn't follow advice with my first tattoo when I was younger, and now all these years later regret it, so I'm trying to get it right this time!

I digress, my query (albeit a bit of a dense one): If I were to drive home from the studio, would the movement of using the pedals effect the tattoo? I'd be driving for about an hour straight after walking out of there. Movement in general is worrying me, I've booked a week off work just so I don't run around annoying it... (Any excuse for a holiday though, eh?)

As I said, help would be great. Googleing "can I drive after a tattoo?" is yielding strange and unhelpful results.

my friend has the monkey on his belly where his belly button is the monkey's buns- i have been told that there is a companion tattoo with another monkey pointing and lauging- does anyone have a copy of this?

I just don't get it...they always say "when you're 80, you'll be all saggy and your tattoo will look horrible", ....

My question is, who cares? You'll be EIGHTY for crying out loud! I guess I would need a better reason than that to not get one!

Where Can I find a picture for a tattoo that Im getting? I love the Little Mermaid, and the picture of the heart with the crown around it calls out to me. If you know the movie, the part im talking about is when Ariel is in Urcela's cave becoming a human, and they are talking about how she has to get the prince to fall in love with her. I'm thinking of getting a tattoo ring (finger) - but someone has told me that the ink can bleed after a few years.

well, its been a year now since ive got it. and its healed (at least from what i can tell) and for the past 3 days, for some reason.. its so sore. it feels like i just got it done. it doesnt really bother me... its just when i touch it.. or when i sleep i feel it the most ... and last night it was bugging the hell out of me.

i have it on my left ear.. its an industrial.. its the top hole thats bugging me. i havent put the long industrial bar in for a long time.. right now i am just using a labret like this one:

ok...i got this tattoo over spring break...like 4 days ago. this is my third tattoo and i never experianced a rash around it or itching. the itching is driving me crazy.... and plus the rash is slowly starting to spead from the tattoo...so right now im taking my friend's suggestion about drying it out cuz she said rashes feed off moisture....but nothing has changed....is it ok to start using a rash cream after 4 days? ne suggestion people? i would GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!
