No, not possible. But just as an example, say that you have a black tattoo... If you got another black tattoo over it, it would probably cover it up. Basically you'll have to get another tattoo over the one you don't want, and of the same color. Or like has been mentioned, get laser treatment.

No. The only way to cover up a tattoo is either by using a color darker than it (usually black) and getting a new tattoo over it, or getting it removed.

no. otherwise people would do that rather than get other tattoos right? sorry. the only way to get your skin back to skin color is to go the laser route.

There are procedures to remove tattoos (laser ones) , what you're suggesting is probably not a good idea.

no you cant get it covered up but laser procedures are getting cheaper day by day but it hurts worse than the tattoo did.

No. It's like crayola markers - you can put black over a pastel, or a yellow... but you can't put light color over black. The black is just there.
Only way to cover up is go darker and bigger, or have it surgically removed.

u can but over time the coverd spot will be less bright and u wiill see a spot i suggest u get it lasor removed it leaves almost no scars
