I met someone here on the tattoo answers site that swears they put something in the ink. HOWEVER make yourself wait. You have now joined the ranks of the tattooed. Some people are going to love your ink, some are going to be indifferent to it and some (maybe more that you think) are going to hate it. Make yourself take the time to look around at lots of tattoos in as many styles as possible. When you find something you like print a pic of it and put it where you can see it everyday.......But don't get in big hurry. Whether its the adrenaline rush, something in the ink or the process itself don't let the ink demon whispering in your ear talk you into make a irrational hasty decision.

Oh I am completely addicted! I started at 18 and have not been able to stop...next week I'll be getting my 10th, which should probably complete my right calf (all my tattoos are a zoo of tribal birds of prey and members of the big cat family). I've had the itch for this one for about a month (this will be the third this year), but I put it off due to surgery. Since I didn't wind up needing surgery, its tattoo time!

absolutely! you were likely addicted before you had one, congratulations! just be sure to always carefully think out your tattoos and be sure to get tattooed by a talented artist. usually the tattoos that are regretted later in life are the ones that do not have an artistic value to them. good luck with your adventures in ink!

Yes! It's like eating a potato chip....you can't have just one!
I haven't gotten a new tattoo in two years and I'm way overdue! I've been in withdrawal ...trying to decide on a new design for my next one right now!

Yes Yes and yes...I got my first one 10 years ago, it's faded badly ( all black ) as well it is a bit off center. Got my second one ( shoulder blade to shoulder blade ) kinda a tribal butterfly with some purple effects. I am already planning my third to not quite cover up the bad one I got. Then when that is done and healed will be getting the chinese symbols for honesty and truth on the little dimples in my back. I am trying to think of another one perhaps a sun around my belly button...well see.. So to your question...an outstanding YES !!

Tattoos are very addicting. I once had someone tell me: "One tattoo is too many and one tattoo is never enough." It's very true.

Its possible, I know Im addicted. (I've gotten 6 total since January 2006). I would just wait until your first one is completely healed before getting another.

Yes it's that easy to get addicted because you obviously liked the first one so you automatically a second one won't hurt. It's like doing drugs for the first time if you like it you try your best to do it again. In my opinion One or two tats are plenty. Good luck=)
