i love tats on a guy... if you have nice arms you should put it on your upper arm or your lower forearm. i know it's the most comment places for a dude to put a tat but it's also the most sexiest.
also, if you're gonna get a tat like you mentioned please DO NOT abbreviate anything! spell out all the words correctly, it'll make the statement that much stronger!

If this is your first tattoo, I'd get it on your upper arm because its one of the least painful spots.
Places that are the most painful are:
On your spine
On your ribs
Lower stomach because of all the nerve endings
Places with thin skin like your wrists and inner arms

Since you're a boy I would suggest doing it down your ribcage on either side. With that much to say, you obvioulsy know it's going to be big, but most girls will go nuts for that.

On your back, across your shoulders would be very nice -- a bold statement in a bold place. Would look great w/jeans & no shirt.

it's going to have to be a large surface based on the length of the phrase that you want on yourself. A large canvas could be your back.

Honestly, I don't think you should get any tattoos at all. Tattoos are nothing to be proud of. I think they look trashy.
