First of all, I'm terribly sorry for your loss. I personally do not know the sadness that is caused by that but I have seen it firsthand. My Aunt has lost a baby, my sister has & my mother has lost two when I was a small child.
Did you know the gender or have a name picked out? I would suggest angel wings w/ a ribbon as a banner. If you knew the gender & had a name I would put the name on the ribbon. If you did not know that information I would put what the child's due date was....sort of as their birthday even though it was not 100% certain. I think it would very beautiful.

I am so so sorry for your loss. I think getting a tattoo to remember your baby is a great idea...I personally like the angel wings...the ones that are really soft and wispy...maybe make them small and on your shoulder blades....possibly in pink or blue...I'm not sure if you knew whether your baby was a boy or girl or not...black and gray would also be pretty. Maybe your husband could get a halo with a name or date...anything that symbolizes your baby will be great...that's a wonderful reason to get a tattoo!!! I hope this helps..again I'm so sorry for your loss.

I want to say I'm sorry first...........
This might be a little strange but it is different from the angel,
I realize that you miscarried but what about a baby foot print.
Not sure if you named the baby but you could also pace a name and date small by the foot.
You might not have been able to see a true foot but that child made a mark on you so what better way then a foot that has touched you

My boyfriend and I are using sparrows to represent our love for one another and our lost child. (He's also in the Navy, so the sparrow tattoos have significance with him there.)
Footprints are a good idea. Something symbolic and special to you. (Two sparrows for me, one representing our baby and one for my best friend who died a year ago..)
I really like the idea of a baby sleeping on it's stomach, slightly curled with small angel wings coming out of it's back.
I'm so very sorry for your loss, hun. <3

You lost a baby. You lost an energery source, since we are all energy. Why don't you consider something that represents that? Let me see...a sun with light beams. Good luck and sorry for your loss. I also have miscarried a baby.

oooo ouch..sorry huh...i would maybe sit down with a really good tat artist and explain your situation. It's good to have some ballpark ideas and such, but between you and the artist you can come up with something unique.

maybe you should have a tattoo of like, what you think your baby(rest in piece) would look like or maybe what it's name was going to be.
