Or is this some internet myth? I've seen web-sites that say that when sunscreens are exposed to UV light, they break down into poweful free-radicals that can damage the skin cells to the point of causing cancer and pre-mature aging--the very things I'm trying to prevent by applying SPF45 three times a day.

Hi, I just got my 1st tattoo Saturday September 22. I am happy with it but it being my 1st tattoo I have a couple questions...

1) What does everyone think of the quality?

2) I REALLY want to color the cat in but am unsure what color. I have tan skin and wonder what will show up and not fade fast.

3) I tan in tanning booths for migraine control? Can I still go and just cover the tattoo with a bandage? (Before and after it is healed)

4) Any aftercare advice?

Could a tattoo affect your career?
Let's say it's a very small tattoo that's on your lower-back or shoulder. Could that still be harmful to a professional career, in law?
I'm planning on getting a small tattoo on my back, that's meaningful to me, but I'm worried it could hurt my chances at being a successful lawyer, or even a figure in politics.
Have you been discriminated against for tattoos?

I used Nutrogena spray on tanner and because it was clear when applied it, I couldn't see where it went. I now have this giant tan line going down my calf from where it dripped. It's quite funny but I can't seem to get it off and it looks horrible. Any suggestions?

Just got a brand new kick *** tatoo on my upper back, in between my shoulder blades. Problem is, I do not want anyone to know about it....so putting lotion on it is going to be a HUGE problem. It has to stay moist for a couple of days. Anyone have any ideas??????

I got a tattoo done a couple of months ago (22nd July to be exact) and I noticed that it was a little smudged when it was finished, but seen it was my fist tattoo, I thought it was normal and would go away. But it hasn't. It's not smudged a lot and not tottally obvious, but there's faint blackness around the tattoo. Is this normal? Will it go away with time?

You might think this is gross but honestly, I rarely wash my face with soup/face wash. I just use plain water and rinse it and I have perfectly clear skin. I rarely ever get pimples. It seems like when I used to wash my face everyday, I'd sometimes get pimples. What's the deal? Or is it just genetic or age related? I'm 23. If it helps answer the question, I rarely wear makeup either. I just use a face moisturizer every now and then to keep the skin tight/smooth.

ok so many ppl disagreed with me in my last question about tattoos, had anyone EVER heard a pastor talk about tatoos?
i know in the main factor believing in god, is wats the most important, but really, its those little things that still take u farther away form god.
did you know? killing someone, and maybe cheating on a test, is just as bad as eachother? if u weren't close to god, u would go to hell. even if u are, u still could. now if u get saved, yes u are garanteed to eternal life in heaven, but u don't stop at that and think the little things don't matter?

im a christian, and i do "know" that getting a tattoo is a sin. Like if ur a christian, jesus christ sacrifies his body for you, so u have no right to mark it that way. no way am i getting a tatoo, but ive heard of people having crosses tatoos. WAT THE HECK?!?!

I need one that will not leave white stains on my clothes and will keep me smelling good for at least 8 hours. Any kind of gel, spray or stick is okay. No crystals please. I'm not a hippie or even remotely concerned with being natural. I want to smell good and not have deoderant streaks on my shirts. Those are my only concerns.
