Just got a brand new kick *** tatoo on my upper back, in between my shoulder blades. Problem is, I do not want anyone to know about it....so putting lotion on it is going to be a HUGE problem. It has to stay moist for a couple of days. Anyone have any ideas??????

the best thing i have found is to buy a hand mirror from the drug store, one with a smooth plastic back on it. you put hand sanitizer on it then put lotion on it and rub it onto your back. it works well for any spot on the back that you can't reach.
good luck! happy healing!

Try doing it in sections; first rub lotion on the lower portion of it, by putting your hand palm-face down and rubbing it in, and then do the upper half by reaching over your shoulders and rubbing it in. Then check in the mirror in your bathroom or bedroom holding a hand mirror in your hand to make sure you have everything covered. Thats how I did it with mine.

Been there! I used a wooden spoon with a small cloth attached by rubber band. Squirt a bunch of the A & D ointment or whatever you are using and apply! Easy and nearly effortless. Easy to hide too! Good luck! Nana

If you can't have someone else do it....

And you can't reach it with your bare hands...

You could take a smooth object (sponge or something soft) something that won't scratch and attach it to something that can reach it (i.e. back scratcher) and put lotion on it that way.

Stand on your head in a corner ,then hold the bottle of lotion between your feet. sqeeze lotion out with your toes.....it`s really quite easy. PS...you need to be a contortionist.
