I want to be a tattoist or a peircer or both, and im wondering how to get into that field. For tattooing, can you buy a tattoo gun and practise on the practice skin untill you feel your good enough to have a go on someone daring enough to let you or is there more too it? And peircing, is ther a course that you do? If it helps, im in Australia.

Throw warm-hot water on face a few times to open the pores and clean, then cold water right after to close them?

I don't want to get into all these creams and stuff again like I did when I had acne a few years ago, but I still want to keep my face looking nice. It gets oily throughout the day.

Any recommendations? If so, explain the process please.

So I went to enlist in the Coast Guard and they turned me down due to tattoo's on my forearm. I have three nautical stars and they are not that big, I don't think they cover more than 25% of my arm. I guess what I'm getting at is that why If I'm willing to go out there and die saving someones life or doing something good, should my tattoo's be used to judge my qualifications. That is truly sad! I understand trying to look professional or what not but come on, turn some one down because they have tattoo's, really stupid.

Ever since I got pregnant I have noticed two dark spots on my upper lip. My baby is 5 months old and the spots are not fading. Anything I can do at home to get rid of them? I' tried several store bought creams that did nothing. I stayed out of the sun and use sunscreen but it still wont fade

I want to get another tattoo and i am thinking about my lower back because the design that I have would look perfect there. I am just worried that people will say it is a "tramp stamp" and that I am slutty. I AM NOT! I have been married for almost two years now and my husband wants me to get it and doesn't care where I put it.
What is y'alls opinion on the lower back tattoos???

I will be getting a full set of angels wings, down past my behind- now I need to know about white as a fill. I have heard it fades. So wot other color would look ok-a light yellow or should I leave the insides of the feathers blank? But I worry that it will look empty, bcause the tat will be so large.
And I am abit gun shy about color, all my other tats are black.
I'm very fair skinned.

I'm 23 and still get some horrible nasty zits on my forehead, and now even starting on my chin and nose, which I never had has a teenager. I NEVER have a fully clear face. I use an anti bacterial/oily skin facewash 1-2 times a day and use a gentle exfoliator daily. What can I do? This is ridiculous!

I always get some type of work done for my B Day and its comming up at the end of the month. I really want to get another tattoo, I have not gotten a response from my Derm. yet. But even if he says no I am thinkin of still getting it. The only symptoms I have had are the dry nose and skin so I dont feel like the risk is that bad. I also talked w/ my tattoo artist, but he has not worked on anyone taking it that he knew of.

im 16 right now, but i want to eventually get a 3/4 sleeve. i know i have a while to think about it, but i dont know if i want to get a scene of something going the whole way down or a bunch of different things and then connect them somehow. I was thinking that if i got a scene it would be of a swamp since im from louisiana. i would get it to look like a nice sunny day and would want it to look basically like a photograph.

if i didnt get that, i have a few things i would want to get, like a portrait of a wolf, and a cross, and few other things, but i dont know if id be able to incorporate all those things and make it look good :(

can you give me some advice on what you think looks better on sleeves, or if you have any suggestions or anything? id really appreciate it!

It says on the back of a carton of epsom salt that if you mix 2 cups of epsom salt with a gallon of water it'll deep clean your pores. Do you have to soak in it or can you just scrub it on?

hi, i want to get a tattoo on my back of a weeping willow with white leaves. I would get the leaves outlined with black but i want them to be filled in white, but i have been reading a lot about how it fades quickly and doesnt take with some people at all. i am extremely fair-skinned though. i'd appreciate any info you can give, thanks.

okay, this one is tough because i think its in the genes. My dad has them and so do i. My dads is worse cause he's alot older, but my eyebags are more like suitcases!
