Sweetie I used to be young once and alot of times when girls/boys pick on you its because the boy may like you and the girl may actually be jealous or feel threatened by you for whatever reason. You are still young and have plenty of time to blossom into a beautiful butterfly. 9 times out of 10 popular, fine girls gain weight and girls who may have a little weight on em or who had low self esteem in school end up in shape and have braces removed, wear contacts and they may end up with the last laugh. There are a lot of tips that you can follow that are easy and will help you lose weight. Unfortunetly there is no fast way to lose weight that is healthy for you.
Drink lots of water/Cut out Soda
Exercise everyday even if its only 15 -30 mins a day
Dont eat heavy after 7 or 8 pm (your choice)
Cut out oily and sugary snacks and eat more fruit and veggies
It might also be a good idea to ignore the girl that calls you names, she sounds like she is just an unhappy person and is looking for some way to vent.

Honey, you don't have to show that idiot anything. First of all, if you are really overweight you should go talk to a doctor and check the reason for the situation (hormonal, diet). You should not try to lose weight too fast because you risk anemia or getting back all the weight after you lost it. There is no universal magic diet, keep that in mind. Instead of a diet, I recommend a healthy lifestyle, no junk food, no carbonated drinks (especially the ones with 0 sugar!!! they are bad for your system), no food after 6 - 7 p.m. Exercise if you like, but don't exaggerate because a lot of workout all of a sudden will burn calories but also make you hungry.
Take care and don't let anyone judge you.

You can't be a cow! Ignore her. This girl must be insecure about something on her own body & is trying to compensate by picking on you. It makes herself feel better........ If you seriously want to do it for yourself, you can join weight watchers(great program). Or start by walking 2 miles a day faithfully and do not eat any type of sugar or starchy foods. Basically "if it's white don't bite" !!! Drink a lot of water & load up on green vegetables.It's all about portions and changing your lifestyle. You will drop a quick ten lbs. in the first 2 weeks.

well, first i would slap that ****** =)
i wanted to lose a lot of weight for my first date with this cutie i met. i jogged a little bit, drank TONS of water (it works!!! drink like a gallon a day hahahah and it seriously, wow it's just amazing), and all i ate was apples, yogurt, and brocolli.
weird i know, but after 2 days, i lost 7 pounds!!!
then again, you can't make that a permanent diet. only if you wanted to lose weight fast for a day or two.

exercise! if you've got some chub it'll turn right into muscle and then you can hit that girl really hard :)
exercise is good for you.. but really just have confidence in yourself, be comfortable with what you've got. get clothes that look sexy on you (not on someone who's a size 00) i was chubby in jr. high and highschool. it sucked. but when i dropped some weight i had a hell of a rack! so there's always a bright side :)

do situps, cycling, power-walking, go to the gym. all of these exercises help tone up the body in more than 1 area at the same time so if u work on all of them everyday it will work pretty good. start at 10 situps on ur first day and slowly increase them every few days when u think u can handle it. also dont drink fluids near bed time as this will cause bloating and swelling especially in the mornings. every morning drink a cup of hot water with lemon juice squeezed into it. u'll start feeling great instantly!

when i wanted to loose weight, i tried every thing! i finally stopped eating after 7p.m. It took two weeks to lose about 5 pounds which isnt that bad. I still ate all the foods i wanted and didnt have to cut down on anything

all you need to really do is just start trying to cut out the junk..like do you really need a starbucks. start exersising doing situps and eating a little bit healthier...lots of ppl do this...me as well...eating when there not even that hungry or they keep eating whats left on there plate even when they're full...just eat unitl you dont feel hungry and even if you want sometihng but aren't hungry dont eat it...also another thing is dont eat 2 hours before going to bed..because once your body realizes your going to sleep it goes into hybranation mode and stops digesting and so you have all this excess food in your stomach tahts just turning into fat...hope this helps

you shouldn't lose weight cause someone is teasing you ! Do it for yourself if anybody ! but I would suggest lower you calorie intake and get more active stay away from from soda eat more fruit and workout !
